WSU announces artifical insemination school

Washington State University Extension is offering a swine artificial insemination school in Moses Lake Monday, Sept. 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Grant County Fairgrounds, 3953 Airway Drive N.E. WSU makes reading take flight at library

Cellarbration! raises $93,500 for students

A big crowd bid on more than 130 auction items and $93,500 was raised for student scholarships during Cellarbration! for Education at Big Bend Community College May 15. There were surprises during the live auction. Bob Wills, of Bernardo Wills Architects, bid $4,000 for the metal sculpture Thor, then donated it back to the College. [...]
