Obituary: Silverio Zendejas Rodríguez, 1943 -2013

Silverio Zendejas Rodríguez, 69, de Othello falleció el martes, 28 de mayo, 2013 en el hospital central de Washington en Wenatchee. Silverio nació el 23 de septiembre, 1943 en Cienga, Michoacán, México a Salvador Rodríguez y Nestor Zendejas. Inmigró a los estados unidos en 1994, y vivió en Sunnyside donde trabajó para Pacific Nursery y en el 2000, se casó con Narcica Gutiérrez. En el 2004, se mudaron a Othello y empezaron a trabajar por King Fuji hasta que su salud causo que se jubilara. Silverio fue miembro de la Asamblea Apostólica de la Fe en Cristo Jesús. Su pasión en la vida era de evangelizar a todos y disfrutaba el trabajo de ayudar a almas regresar a Dios. Mientras en el hospital, seguía evangelizando, invitando los asistentes que oraran con él. Fue precedido en muerte por sus padres; le sobreviven su esposa, Narcica de Othello, su hijo, Salvador Rodríguez y tres nietos en México. También sobreviven un hermano y una hermana en México y su familia de la iglesia de la Asamblea Apostólica. Silverio Zendejas Rodriguez, 69, of Othello passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee. Silverio was born Sept. 23, 1943, in Cienga, Michoacán, Mexico, to Salvador Rodriguez and Nestor Zendejas. He immigrated to the United States in 1994, settling in Sunnyside where he worked for Pacific Nursery and in 2000, he married Narcica Gutierrez. In 2004, they moved to Othello and went to work for King Fuji until his health forced him to retire. Silverio was a member of the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus. His passion in life was evangelizing to everyone and he enjoyed bringing souls back to God. While in the hospital, he continued to evangelize, inviting the attendants to pray with him. Silverio was preceded in death by his parents; he is survived by his wife Narcica, of Othello, his son Salvador Rodriguez and three grandchildren in Mexico. He is also survived by a brother and sister in Mexico and his church family from the Apostolic Assembly. Visit stevensfuneralchapel.com to sign the guest book and leave a note for the family.
